1. By placing an order on the online store www.gplmarket.com, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and that he/she fully accepts the general and payment conditions transcribed below. 2. Is excluded any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order. In case of unexpected unavailability of goods and non-acceptance of the order, no charge will be made to the Customer

3.Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the GPL Market system by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of the order, an "Order Number" and a "Customer Code", to be used in any further communication with the GPL Market system. 4. It is the Customer's responsibility to register with the correct data and to keep that data up-to-date using login credentials.

5.Credit Card The purchase of goods is expected to be paid by PayPal, Bank Transfer or finally cash on delivery. The transaction by Card is made through the electronic system of the PayPal portal that uses a secure server, at no time during the purchase process the electronic system of the portal GPL Market and no staff member is able to know the Customer's credit card number, which is provided by the Customer to the Secure Server of the Credit Institution on a secure internet connection and encrypted according to current standards of the online payment market. 6.Currency All amounts displayed on GPL Market are in Euro, which is the reference currency.

7. GPL Market may in some cases accept orders only with delivery to the Italian territory. 8. For every order placed on www.gplmarket.com, LPG Market will issue a receipt by attaching it to the shipped material. 9. Delivery charges are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. Some promotions may propose discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders above a certain value determined by the offer itself. The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the Credit Card or Bank Transfer mode, the charge on the credit card will be applied by SuperMarket GPL e Metano s.r.l. Nothing is due in addition by the Customer to the total amount of the order. 10.Order fulfillment time is 24 hours if all goods are available. No responsibility can be attributed to GPL Market in case of delay in delivery of what was ordered by couriers.11.Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or the indications, must be immediately challenged, putting WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not object to any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in the manner provided herein.12.In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.

13. Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer , he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty, without prejudice to what is indicated in point 15 below.14. To exercise this right, the customer must send GPL Market a notice to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Such notice must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to SuperMarket GPL e Metano s.r.l., Via Cesare Battisti 17, Milzano (BS), alternatively, it may also be used the return goods by following the procedure indicated on www.gplmarket.com in its reserved area. Once we receive the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, GPL Market will quickly notify the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received by GPL Market within 10 days of authorization.15.However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product; the purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; it should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product; in accordance with the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the good are the responsibility of the customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, GPL Market will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file an empathetic complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal; GPL Market is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
16.Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, GPL Market will refund the customer the full amount already paid, net of shipping costs incurred, within 14 days of the return of the goods, through the transfer procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Code of the invoice holder). 17.The right of withdrawal lapses totally, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where GPL Market ascertains: the lack of the outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging; the absence of integral elements of the product; the damage of the product for reasons other than its transport.In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, GPL Market will return to sender the property purchased, charging the same shipping costs.

18. The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to meet the expressed requirements of the Customer and will not under any circumstances and for any reason be transferred to third parties. GPL Market guarantees its customers compliance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code set out in DL 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is SuperMarket GPL e Metano s.r.l., Via Cesare Battisti 17, Milzano (BS).

19. Any complaints should be addressed to SuperMarket GPL e Metano s.r.l., Via Cesare Battisti 17, Milzano (BS).

20. The sales contract between the Customer and GPL Market is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Brescia.
